Christmas Presents Area and Perimeter Math Craft

Looking for a fun, hands-on activity to practice area and perimeter this Christmas? Then, your students will enjoy coloring and cutting out presents, calculating their area and perimeter, and then stacking them to make a display for the wall.

What's included?

• Three recording sheets (square units, centimeters and inches)
• Recording sheet for children that need more of a challenge
• Two size options - to give you some idea of the tallest possible height, the smaller size option would reach an approximate height of 57cm/22.5in. The larger size option would reach an approximate height of 1m/3ft.
• Presents with grids for square units (area only) and presents with measurements (area and perimeter)
